Golbourn Training Solutions
Golbourn Training solutions provide companies and individuals with compliance and security training programs, both group and 1-1 training is carried out either in the workplace or the Next Steps Centre. Working in partnership with The SID Project all of our training delivery is disability aware and materials and resources are compatible with assistive technology such as text to speech and speech to text. These tools help remove any barriers such as poor reading and spelling skills. Participants will be supported with assistive technology on bespoke laptops within the centre during training. Additional support to use the assistive technology tools is available should participants require it.

The SID is a ground-breaking project created to tackle the issue of social exclusion because of dyslexia by: Breaking the generational cycle of failure and deprivation, which can be perpetuated in families affected by unaddressed dyslexia Training professionals working with socially excluded groups so that they can identify the issues and present information in an accessible way Helping dyslexic adults develop the confidence to tackle and overcome their difficulties, promoting the uptake of literacy, skills, and employment

Working with veterans and their employers to help Service Leavers and Veterans who may face a barrier to the workplace as a result of any disability or medical condition as well as continued support to our Emergency Services.
