The Next Steps Centre

We are based in the North East with outposts throughout England providing services for people with hidden disabilities including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADD, ADHD and mild Autism. We support, empower and better the lives of people with Neuro diverse conditions and their employers. We promote a culture of empowerment believing that with the right support and guidance people can overcome barriers of disability. We have established a team of specialists who work together to meet the needs of employers and employees no matter the sector, role or environment.

From counselling to training our services can be delivered from our building in the city centre or within the workplace itself. We also support people who are unemployed and feel their disability is a barrier to employment. Our in-house partner organisation The SID Project are experts in the field of assistive technology and how this can be used to overcome barriers of disability. They can support you adapt any training resources to ensure they are accessible as well as deliver awareness on how using AT can ensure your service is accessible to all.
